102-Year-Old Allendale Resident Still Embracing Life and Learning

Anna Winifred VanGelder, a spirited 102-year-old New Jersey native and resident of Allendale Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center, recently celebrated her birthday with staff and fellow residents. Known for her joyful presence and love of learning, Anna enjoys creative crafts and bingo at the Bergen County facility. A former accountant and avid traveler, she moved to Allendale in 2022 and continues to embrace life with laughter—her secret to longevity.
